| Anthony, great idea! If I were you, I would first check the structure including the roof, to make sure it's solid before you start restoring it. There may be some structural work to do first beforehand. Also, I would want to make sure that it's waterproof. Then if there are items that need replacing or restoring, work on those, check all doors, windows, catches and latches. Once you have done the basic groundwork you could look at putting in flooring if there isn't any. I think there is a website where you can get old barn items for use in restoring. Good luck, and I hope it turns out real nice. |
