Searching through my old barn

When he passed away, (God bless him!) I had the opportunity of looking through all the old stuff he had up there.

It was unusual because he never allowed anybody in there.

Well, buddy, you canīt imagine.

He had things from way back, from his father and his father... I even found an old Winchester double action rifle hidden in a closet.

All sorts of letters. His father had been in the first world war and wrote letters from France that are all there.

I must sit down one of these days to read the whole things, there may be historical facts in there!

Wow! That's pretty amazing. I think that is so interesting. I think that your Dad was really so fond of collecting some stuff in his old barn. I would suggest that you have to take care of those belongings because I understand that your Dad might have kept them whole heartedly.
