Precious woodRight! The way I see it, this old barn stuff IS really a challenge. These old places (and being "old" cannot be held against them), back to that subject later, are full of things that really contribute to their value. Basically they are usually full of stuff, things that have accumulated over the years and are parts of our ancestry, like attics. Modernity leads us to think that only shiny things that come in boxes have any value. This "modernity" thing should be heavily reviewed by the U.N. or somebody. Maybe outlawed! Barns are usually made of old, precious wood, many times. I have seen rafters of mahogany taken out of barns! Letīs appreciate old barns! Cheers! |
