I love this story. I am actually a grade school teacher and I so happen to look for stories needed in my class. I really am happy to find this. This is another story to be told to my students. I am very sure that they will all like it. Do you know of other stories that I can use in my class? I would prefer it to be a contemporary story. Thank you so much.

This story is really good for those who wants to share some moral lessons to kids. I think we should still continue to teach the younger generations about the importance and beauty of reading stories. Today, youngsters opt to go for online computer games and different gaming consoles. So it would be wonderful if we would try to tell stories to our kids if we can only try to find time.

Telling bedtime stories of fables or other fairy tales to our children is certainly one good way of teaching them valuable lessons in good moral values to raise them properly.

It is also a great time for us, parents, to bond with our little ones and show them that we care. By reading to our children, we are setting a good example regarding the importance of reading. We can then motivate them to also read to become smart.

That was a very nice story. I could still recall when my mom also told stories before I went to bed. It is really inspiring and it arouses human mind.

In fact, when my mom told the same story, I really imagined how life goes on when you live in an old barn with a few neighbours around.

And I think it is clearer if stories are told with pictures for children to see.

That was a very inspiring story to tell to each and everyone. I hope someday I could tell this story to my kids. This shows that there are still different ways of teaching moral lessons to our kids. By telling them bedtime stories, the kids will not just enjoy and learn but you can build a different bond them. This process is much easier than hurting your kids that can even separate their affection to you.
