Yahoo! Answers: can i use a 10 amp circuit breaker for 8-10 lights?

Thank author of this post/commentok so im a junior in high school in my residential wiring tech school, and my dad wants me to put in 8-10 lights in his tobacco barn. Ok it wouldn't be a problem, however there are 190/200 amps already in use on the panel box. Putting in a new main isn't an option. Would it be possible to put in 8-10 100w lights in the barn with a 10 amp circuit? I know you normally can put 1400 watts in on a 15 amp circuit, however, not sure about 10 amps; could i do it without any problems?
