Yahoo! Answers: Any ideas for a RUSTIC window covering? I am redoing my bathroom in a rustic style - Earthtones - twig-shelves, some barnwood, etc. (Not hillbilly-rustic, but more Rocky Mountain Lodge rustic.) I'm going to use sticks from trees in my yard to make a curtain rod for the window. The window already has wood shutters on the lower half of the window. We live in the Mountains, so I don't need any type of "privacy curtain", just something stylish. There used to be a valence on that window, but I think I'd like to do something different. And, I'll probably make it myself. Any ideas? Any ideas for a RUSTIC window covering?
